These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "the User", "the Player", or "you") and Rezeki44 (hereinafter "Rezeki44", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the online gaming services available at rezeki44.cam and any related sub-domains, mobile interfaces, or associated applications.

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a wager through any service offered by Rezeki44, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To open and maintain an Account on Rezeki44, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Rezeki44 strictly prohibits access to its Services by persons under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or suspended from Rezeki44 or any other gaming platform operated by the same group.
• You must be the legal owner or an authorised user of the payment method used to fund your Account.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of Rezeki44 or any of its affiliated entities, software providers, or payment processors.

Rezeki44 reserves the right to decline any application for registration without providing a reason, and to close accounts that no longer meet the eligibility criteria at any point during the account lifecycle.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on Rezeki44. The registration of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Rezeki44 shall not be liable for any consequences arising from a Player's failure to maintain current and accurate registration information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Rezeki44 will not be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login details.

Rezeki44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20. All monetary amounts on the Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise stated.

Rezeki44 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to your Account as Bonus Funds and are subject to the wagering requirement specified in the individual promotion terms before any winnings derived from such funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Rezeki44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or amend any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, household, IP address, or device. Players who attempt to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the use of duplicate accounts will have all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.
• Bonus abuse — including the placement of low-risk or opposing wagers designed to circumvent wagering requirements — may result in the forfeiture of bonuses and winnings, and/or permanent Account suspension at Rezeki44's sole discretion.
• Cashback offers are calculated on net losses over the specified period and are subject to the terms of the individual cashback promotion.

All bets placed on Rezeki44 are subject to the specific rules governing each game or betting market. It is the Player's responsibility to review and understand the rules applicable to any game or market before placing a wager.

The outcome of all games and betting markets is final once confirmed by the Platform. Rezeki44 reserves the right to void any wager where:

• The bet was placed on an event the outcome of which was already known at the time of placement;
• There is evidence of technical malfunction, software error, or manifest pricing error;
• The wager was facilitated by fraudulent means, collusion, or match-fixing;
• The wager was placed in breach of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a wager, the decision of Rezeki44's management shall be final and binding, subject to any escalation procedures available under our support process.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Rezeki44 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Account (duplicate accounts);
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using software, algorithms, bots, scrapers, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other Players;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any suspected errors must be reported to support immediately;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any form of financial crime through the Platform;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account to another person;
• Abusing the Platform's promotional or bonus systems through techniques designed to circumvent wagering requirements;
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content available on the Rezeki44 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of Rezeki44 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, publish, or distribute any part of the Platform or its content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform;
• Create derivative works based on the Platform's content;
• Use the Rezeki44 brand, trademarks, or logos without prior written authorisation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rezeki44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical faults, server downtime, connectivity issues, or payment processing delays;
• Any loss of data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Any reliance placed on content, information, or promotional material available on the Platform.

Rezeki44 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Nothing in these Terms shall limit Rezeki44's liability for death or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Rezeki44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any other applicable policy;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements;
• Dispute or chargeback initiated against Rezeki44 by your payment provider.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding unconverted Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable withdrawal limits and KYC requirements. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any outstanding wagers, which will be settled per the applicable rules.

Rezeki44 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools include:

• Deposit limits — daily, weekly, and monthly limits configurable from your Account settings;
• Loss limits — caps on the maximum amount you may lose in a given period;
• Session time reminders — configurable alerts that notify you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration;
• Cooling-off periods — temporary account restrictions of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-exclusion — a permanent or long-term exclusion option that blocks access to your Account for a minimum period of six months.

All changes to responsible gambling settings are applied immediately and, once set, cannot be reversed for the duration of the restriction. Rezeki44 encourages any Player who believes their gambling may be causing harm to contact our support team immediately or visit our Responsible Gambling page for further guidance.

Rezeki44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they could reasonably affect a Player's rights or obligations — Rezeki44 will endeavour to provide advance notice via a prominent Platform notification or by email to your registered address, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of the current version.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.
